This is our primary home but we leave when its rented. We purchased this gem back in 2016 and completely updated the existing home, added the pool and flagstone patio, landscaping and added the master suite addition in 2019. Our tool barn has a full outdoor kitchen and we have had several wonderful parties with live bands and 200+ guests. Parking is available in the front pasture for weddings or family reunions, etc. We love our farm. You and your family will too.

My wife, Kim, and I are realtors in the Chattanooga, TN area. We own a farm in Harrison, TN we also short term share on Airbnb and love country living.
We’re 2 miles from a boat launch so bring your boat!
House Rules
You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Checking In & Out
- Check-in after 4:00 PM
- Checkout before 11:00 AM
- Self check-in with keypad
During Your Stay
- 10 guests maximum
- Pets allowed
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM
- Commercial photography allowed
- No smoking
- Additional rules
- Quiet after 10 p.m.
- Dogs under 50 lbs allowed on property but NOT in the beds or on our indoor furniture!
- Guests are responsible for putting outdoor and indoor furniture back in their original place and bagging up garbage.
- Garbage pick-up is early Friday morning on Wagon Wheel Trail.
- Please strip the beds of linens used, run the dishwasher.
